CONTEST RULES 

 
Station Guest Lists:

For any club venue where alcohol is served...winner's must be atleast 21 or older.

For an event where alcohol is served (I.E. County Fairs and Festivals)...winner's must be atleast 18 or older

For the Mud Drags...winner's must be at least 14 years old.

 

Splash:

There is no age limit to win on the splash...but all winner's under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present when claiming prizes.

 

To Claim Prizes won on the Splash:

Winner must claim the prizes in person and must have the claim number assigned to the prize. If the winner is unable to claim the prize...they can send a represenative to claim the prize for them. The winner must send a photo copy of their State issued Driver's License or State issued ID Card and must write the prize claim under the copy of their TDL or ID.
 

Some prizes can be mailed. Once KMKS-FM delivers the prize to the Post Office...it is the responsibilty of the United State Postal Service to deliver the prize. KMKS-FM is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes delivered via the United State Postal Service.
